"Great clothes, mystery-level sustainability details"
I actually really like the clothes — the fit and style are solid. I just wish their sustainability info wasn’t so vague. They talk about being eco-conscious, but apparently the details are on a need-to-know basis, and customers don’t quite make the list.

The quality was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the prices felt way too high for what I got. I kept wondering if I was missing something or just being fooled into paying more than it was worth. Not terrible, but I’d be more careful before buying again

I ordered a dress from Sahara London and I’m really happy with it. I mean, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the fabric feels lovely and it just has that nice, well-made feel. It’s also reassuring that they seem to care about how things are made, rather than just churning out loads of cheap clothes.
Delivery was all fine and the packaging was simple, which I liked. The dress feels like something I’ll actually keep wearing, not just buy once and forget about. I’d definitely buy from them again...

"Ended Up Finding More Than I Expected"
I went in thinking I’d just have a quick look, but I ended up spending way more time browsing because there were so many different styles to choose from. It wasn’t all the same kind of stuff over and over, which I really liked. I found a dress I loved quickly, then grabbed a couple of easy tops too. Definitely one of those shopping trips where you start with no plan and leave happy.

I had a good experience with their customer service. They got back to me fairly quickly and sorted out my question without making it feel complicated. The person I spoke with seemed friendly and explained things clearly. I’d probably shop with them again...

I was so happy to see the size range on Sahara London!!! It’s such a relief not feeling like I’m guessing the whole time or being left out completely. The clothes fit really nicely, and shopping was actually easy for once!!!

"Comfortable, but I feel stupid for trusting the hype"
I’ll be honest, the clothes I got from Sahara London are comfortable and easy enough to wear. The fabric is soft and doesn’t feel tight, so for everyday use it’s not bad. But the fit was just weird on me, and I didn’t feel as good in it as I expected to. For the price, I really thought it would be better, so I kind of feel stupid for trusting them and thinking it would be worth it. Nice comfort, but overall a bit disappointing.

I ordered a top from Sahara London and, uh, the color was actually close to what I saw online. It might be a tiny bit darker in person, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. I was a little worried it would look completely different, but it didn’t. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the shade matched exactly, but overall I’m happy with it...

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I ordered one size and ended up getting a different one, which was really frustrating. It kind of felt like a bait and switch, even if it was just a mistake. Having to deal with sorting it out made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

"Pretty easy to get around"
I had a good little browse on saharalondon.com and it was easy enough to use. The pages came up quickly, which always makes me think a site is better even before I’ve really done much on it. I found the styles and sizes without having to click all over the place, and the photos were clear, so that helped. Checkout looked straightforward too, though I didn’t feel like I had to study it too hard. I also liked that delivery and returns info was easy to spot. Overall it just felt smooth and I didn’t run into any problems.
